I am a writer and reporter based in Brooklyn, New York. I was the host of Seeking, a podcast on the limits we push ourselves toward in our search for answers to life’s biggest questions. My work has appeared in the Guardian, Outside, Psychology Today, Aeon, and Nature, among others. I also used to be the publisher and executive director of Guernica Magazine.

In the years before the pandemic, I spoke with 120 women about sexuality and desire. The result, The Pleasure Gap, tells their story.
